How to Build A Web Based Tech Support System
Building a web based tech support system requires learning about sockets and network programming in general. The idea is simple, you build a website in any web programming language (I personally prefer PHP or Nodejs for scalability) for the server and management side.
On the client side, you more than likely will need to build a client to connect to the management webserver over http or another custom port in order to receive instructions. I highly advise to use a secure connection with certificates or encryption so that your online tech support system isn’t compromised by hackers or susceptible to interception by malicious actors.
